Payment Terms

Q: When will I be billed for my domain renewal?
All domain renewals are billed together in February each year.
Q: How much storage do I get for email hosting?
Each mailbox includes 3GB storage. If you need more, additional storage costs R5 per GB per month.
Q: How do I pay for hosting each month?
Monthly hosting is billed automatically via PayStack subscription.
Q: Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change plans at any time. Adjustments will reflect on your next billing cycle.
Q: I’m hosting a small website and using email hosting — do I pay for both?
No. If you have a Basic Website and Basic or Team Email Hosting, you only pay the email hosting fee.
Q: Do you provide refunds?
Refunds are not issued for partial months. Prepaid yearly plans are non-refundable.
Q: Are backups included?
We recommend you maintain your own backups. Optional backup services are available at an extra cost.
Q: Do you support other domain extensions?
Yes! We can register and manage most domain extensions. Contact us for pricing.
